exchanges & returns
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges for international orders.
Our return/exchange policy lasts 14 days since day of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Sorry we do not accept returns/exchanges/refunds on sale items nor if you have had a change of mind.
~ In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty garment, we will ask you to return the item for us to assess. We will choose to replace the item and ship it to you at our cost (subject to availability), or we will issue a full credit/refund. Refunds will be returned to the same account used when purchased.
~ Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are unhappy with the sizing and need to exchange it for the same item or something else, email us first at email@example.com and send your item to: 91 Denison St, Bondi Junction Sydney, 2022, NSW, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on returning items. If you are shipping an item over $70, we ask for you to use a trackable shipping service as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
No refunds on sale items. omness does not offer refunds for change of mind.
Please note if you are eligible for a refund and paid via PayPal you will have 5% removal fee due to charges and taxes being removed on our end.
