Shipping & Handling

 

OMNESS ships world wide, with the option for slow postage or express post.

Slow Post (1-3weeks) International Shipping: 
0-500 grams $15 AUD
500 grams- 1 kilogram $25 AUD

We are shipping directly from the small island of Bali, Indonesia so unfortunately our shipping prices are slightly higher and slightly slower to post.

:: Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Your phone number is also required for all deliveries.

:: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Processing typically takes a day, and upon completion of processing your order will be shipped. You cannot change your delivery address once your order has been processed. 

:: You will receive and email from us once your purchase is dispatched with tracking information. 

:: Deliveries are sent during normal business hours. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed and sent on the next business day.

:: If you refuse a shipment you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to OMNESS. This amount will then be deducted from your merchandise refund.

:: We try our very best to have your items delivered within the specified windows. However we are not responsible for any delay caused by Australia Post.

 :: If you're not home when your product is delivered you will be able to pick it up from your nearest Post Office.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return/exchange policy lasts 7 days since day of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Sorry we do not accept returns/exchanges on sale items nor if you have had a change of mind. 

:: In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty garment, we will ask you to return the item for us to assess. We will choose to replace the item and ship it to you at our cost (subject to availability), or we will issue a full credit/refund. Refunds will be returned to the same account used when purchased.

:: Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us and send your item to: 91 Denison St, Bondi Junction Sydney, 2022, NSW, Australia. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
